By accessing and using Panganasi 1.0, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our service.

2. Service Description

Panganasi 1.0 is a cloud-based ERP system for managing business operations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you enter into Panganasi 1.0. We claim no ownership over your business data. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes will be resolved in Tanzanian courts.
